guildinteractive.com has created a Hotel Distribution System that will eliminate the expense of GDS Fees and/or Travel Agent Commissions.  With our Hotel Distribution System you will pay a one-time set up fee and a low-cost flat transaction fee for each reservation.


guildinteractive.com will create an Electronic Brochure specifically for your property. The Electronic Brochure will feature property pictures, rotating marketing banner, hotel description, amenities and general information about your property.  The Electronic Brochure can be updated or changed online 24 hours a day using a Member User ID & Member Password. 


In addition to accessing your property information 24 hours a day, you will also be able to update room inventory, change rates and add packages at your convenience.  guildinteractive.com will provide your property with real-time online reservations.


guildinteractive.com's Marketing Specialists, dedicated to creating, submitting, writing and analyzing Web and Doorway Web Pages for effectiveness and quality, will optimize and position your Electronic Brochure on the Primary Search Engines.  


Metatags will be developed specifically for your property's Electronic Brochure.  Metatags consist of a Title, Description and Keywords that define your Electronic Brochure.  An individualized Title and Description will be created specifically for your property featuring your property name and location.  A minimum of 5 keywords or keyword phrases will be used to optimize and position your Electronic Brochure.


Search Engines lose submissions and "clean" their database periodically. After your Electronic Brochure is analyzed it will be submitted on a regular basis. guildinteractive.com insures your Electronic Brochure will remain in their databases by periodic submissions. Your Electronic Brochure will be submitted to the Primary Search Engines; Alta Vista, AllTheWeb (Fast) / Lycos, HotBot, Google, Looksmart, MSN, Netscape, Open Directory & Yahoo.
